Adult Programs
Join instructor Vicki Luckman as she motivates you through
a series of weight-bearing resistance, cardio, balance,
coordination, and flexibility exercises set to music. All
levels are welcome! Please bring to the class the following
items: a water bottle, light hand weights (one to three
pounds), a resistance band with handles, a small ball (the
size of a grapefruit), and a scarf or handkerchief.
