Join Melinda Space for a charcuterie board demonstration featuring three boards including: a classic meat-and-cheese
spread, a butter board with flavorful varieties, and a sweet dessert board. Throughout the class you will have the chance to sample each creation while learning tips on pairings and the key components of building an eye-catching board. Discover fun techniques—like how to make salami flowers—and put your new skills into practice by assembling your own charcuterie cup to take home.
